I highly recommend this company! After another NACES evaluation service (Spantran) majorly screwed up my degree evaluation, I was forced to choose another service, and chose FIS after a colleague recommended them. They provided my evaluation within 2 weeks (I paid for a 2-week evaluation) and accurately rated my degrees from the Netherlands as being equal to US master's and PhD degrees. They further demonstrated their knowledge of the Dutch grading system by accurately converting my grades into their GPA equivalents.
