I did not personally stay here. I am writing this review because of an employee of yours named Wendy. Tonight I got a phone call from my 23 year old son who was stuck in Reno. I was desperately trying to find a hotel that would allow me to pay over the phone so my son would have a safe and warm place to sleep tonight. Wendy 110 % help me with all of these accommodations. what an amazing heart of gold when he has for making sure that my one and only child was safe tonight. That is all I cared about. Thank u circus circus and thank you again Wendy for your professionalism your kind heart and helping my baby boy. I will recommend you guys to everybody from
