I recently concluded a tenancy at a Mark Hay property, and I've been very happy through the entire tenancy, including the pre and post tenancy stages. The service has been great.

My Property Manager was Ross Turner, and previously to Ross, Lauren Searle. Both were fantastic. They do all communication electronically if you want, which I really prefer to having to mail everything. They're also good over the phone if you need more urgent/synchronous communication.

Inspections were all given more than adequate notice, occurred within the time specified on the notice and were very professional.

Two repairs, one smoke alarm inspection(this was at the same time as one of the repairs), and one pest inspection/baiting occurred during my tenancy. All were carried out professionally and I was satisfied with all of them. It was good to see these preventative things being taken care of, I know a lot of places don't bother with something until it really becomes a problem. They made sure the property was kept in good condition. Although, I should say I'm not sure how much of this is up to the management company, and how much is up to the owner. I assume the company plays at least some role in it.

The one thing that I can find to complain about(I always have to find *something* ;P) is that I did receive a breach notice for a missed payment. Of course, I did actually miss the payment so I guess it's fair enough. It would have been nicer to get a warning(I had forgotten, and did pay immediately), but the breach didn't actually impact me in any way, so not a big deal.

Overall I've been very happy, would recommend.
