The staff at the Ritz was as wonderful as always, ...

The staff at the Ritz was as wonderful as always, but there was a nearly 3 - minute wait for the valet. I realize that there were a lot of people at the event, but the Ritz knows about this months in advance and should have had more staff ready and available.
