AWFUL!!!!!! We bought over 4k worth in furniture. And, there were several issues here. Without me going into great detail when we went in the store to purchase more furniture people wouldn't help us because we were working with another sales person. Not to mention the salesperson that was ours wasn't even present in the store nor working that day. So, we decided to change go for a smaller bed in our child's room which made or total cost drop a few hundred dollars. They refused to give a refund til after our other furniture was delivered. Last but, not least they delivered our furniture without the power pack. So, they put in on rush and shows up at our door step. I called to make an appointment as I want to make sure this is installed correctly and not defective. I made the appointment and the lady called back and told me I could install it myself. Shortly, after her cutting me off and hanging up on me. If I could return all of this furniture I would. I hate buying furniture and I will NEVER buy Ashley furniture again. EVER. Especially, from this store. The overall satisfaction of buying furniture made my experience that much worse. It is my favorite brand of furniture but, if the people do not present it and makes the experience un-enjoyable then it's not worth it. There are many companies that will make you have an enjoyable experience buying furniture and gladly take your money.
