1) 20% more expensive than OUC

2) No green rebate intensives, unlike OUC (Nest, HE Washer/Dryer, double pane windows)
3) No daily power usage tracking, like OUC and Duke
4) Had to go in person to activate utilities, OUC is online...
5) Bill doesn't breakdown the charges by KWhr rates

Why am I paying more for less?
