My dad, boyfriend, and I came into BMW Seattle to just look at BMW s for my dad s next car. We definitely weren t expecting to take anything home, however our salesman Stan Ng made our experience so special and helped guide us to buy my dad s new-to-him 2011 BMW X5 35i. As someone who works for BMW in Canada I know a lot about the brand and how a dealership works, not once did we feel pressured, misconstrued, or like the dealership just cared about making a sale. The staff stayed over an hour after close just so we could complete our deal. Stan and everyone involved in the purchase made the experience great and after 7 tiring hours we still came home with the car my dad loved and wanted. If my boyfriend and I moved down here I would love to work at a dealership that has such great integrity and customer service like this one. It was a pleasure to spend my vacation day here.
