I would not recommend Tryko partners to anyone out...

I would not recommend Tryko partners to anyone out there. This company began interviewing me end of October of 2015, i was told I'd begin training in December so not only did I pass on job offers but I was kept on hold waiting on answers regarding start date. Because of their hold up I remained unemployed still waiting on an answer up until January 11th. Needless to say I fell behind on rent and bills waiting on them to start me. I'm a single mother that gets no help. They had me travel from MA to jersey to train me only paying for hotel (they would only pay for hotel beginning the morning of start date not night before until I said something) didn't offer to pay for food, tolls or mileage, I had to also pay for a sitter for two weeks... while in training the trainer was so judgmental, stating I was too detailed... if I asked questions it was an issue and In her head I wasn't understanding (my way of learning and remembering is asking questions and repetition), god forbid I made a small mistake. Trained me three days and then expected me to know everything and do things on my own. Serious attitude problem and unprofessional which made me question my work on top of the pressure i had going on. I have 5 years property management under my belt managing over 200 units at a time used to doing ten times more the work she did with just 80 units not having to also deal with vouchers definitely more qualified and with more experience than her...to all of this my training ends Wednesday I'm told I'd start working Thursday even though they had me work a full day leaving jersey at 4:30pm to hop on the road for 5hrs to start as they start the next day as they stated Thursday at 8am. I get to my property on Thursday 8am and the current property manager greeted me both of us confused as to why the other was there. I get ahold of the person in charge and who hired me jack and he tells me no don't start today property manager still there instead they'll start me off sometime next week.... he then calls me Friday to tell me that I won't be a fit. This company plays with the lives of others for they're own benefit and personal satisfaction and unfortunately they'll never shut down but please beware. When letting me go I demanded to at least get paid for my mileage and contacted an attorney for options and advice. Please be mindful
