Not as warm and welcoming as it use to be. They still provide a lot of great services, just not a huge fan of the "new management." I first started going there a few years back, and feel in love with the place. I had to move back in with family in Dayton after some medical issues. I just recently moved back to Cincinnati. I Got linked back with HRC right away, and didn't like the new direction it's going in.
