Horrendous customer service. No communication via email as I wanted to chase my order and then request a refund as its been early 2 months that my order hasn't arrived!
Kept on hold for ages before they answer. Spoke to a lady who seemed very unhappy with her job! Stressed my concern and to cancel me order. I still havent received to products nor a refund.

Please issue me a refund!!!!!
