Pathetic customer service, the recording says your...

Pathetic customer service, the recording says your time is very important to them but yet you wait 1/2 hr to speak with a rep., They can't contact the service techs and they give you a runaround. They are as bad or worse than Comcast. I had an appt. and couldn't make the time, i called them, and waited and waited and waited, they rep. said she emailed the tech and he would call me 1/2 hr before and gave me an excuse about their appts being scheduled by GPS.....BS explanation, no one called and i was not home for the appt. yet no one even bothered to call and see what happened, i doubt they even showed, as they were supposed to call me 1/2hr before arrival (that could not be guaranteed also). I would not even consider renewing.
