Listen to all of the one-star reviews and stay away! My mom's landlord has a contract through them, and after helping her contact them and try to set up an appointment to check her air conditioner, I think this company is basically a con. They take money for the contract, but make it as hard as humanly possible to get someone on the phone, or to make an appointment, and if you do manage to make an appointment, they don't show up. I've spent a ridiculous amount of time the last two days on their automated phone system and on their useless website. There is a customer chat online, and I was told that it was for sales only, and that she could not help me with my issue. Basically the worst customer service ever. I'd prefer to give ZERO stars.
