The view of the city from the fourth floor never fails to put me in a good mood, and it's located only a block from Nicollet Mall Station, which makes riding the Metro convenient. I've always found the environment to be quiet, comfortable, and conducive to reading. I have been unexpectedly approached by other library patrons on multiple occasions, but I have never feared for my safety.
