Ferry got canceled and we missed our train connect...

Ferry got canceled and we missed our train connection back home. We booked through virgin train packages, I don t know who s in charge, but they should send out emails or notify the passengers beforehand. They let us know once we were already there, and there was nothing to do in the port area, we just had to sit in the waiting room.
We arrived at 2:30am, 5 hours later that we were supposed to, making the trip more than 13 hours including the wait time for the next ferry. It was an extraordinarily exhausting day, will never book with irish ferries again.
