Stacy Breter at Tidewater Mortgage is outstanding at her job. She is professional and even though she has done over 1,000 closings she treats you with care, concern and respect. We were pre approved and had to put things on hold for a while. Stacy kept in contact until the time came for us to sell our existing house and purchase a new home. Stacy s attention to detail was very helpful. Amanda Tuttle from Tidewater is equally good at her job, however most of our contact was with Stacy. The Tidewater Mortgage company was easy to work with. I would highly recommend them for all of your financing needs. We were cleared to close a week before our actual date, we were very impressed!! Great company, local office, do yourself a favor and give them a call.
