I ordered a Samsung TV (with excellent purchase price). On its website Monclick promises delivery the day after the courier takes charge. Indeed, on 20 July the TV was delivered to the courier. To date, July 24, the product has not yet been delivered. The courier indicates that delivery will take place within the week, therefore well beyond the two promised working days. It would be better not to make promises that cannot be respected! This damages the Monclick brand!
