Well maintained establishment and the owner does a mean bob. Unfortunately for me, I went on a busy night, waited almost 3 hours to get a simple bang with a ponytail and ended up with the owner s assistant-WORST hair experience ever!!! The apprentice had me sit in her chair to begin styling my hair prior to washing my hair then asked me IF I wanted to wash my hair - Ummm ..yeah!! She was engaged in a conversation as she washed my hair and kept getting water in my ear which was annoying and she also forgot to use conditioner after my wash. As she s applying the gel on my ponytail, she turned around and used the same dirty comb that still had gel in it to comb through my bang which made it very sticky and not the bouncy look that I was going for. By the time I realized that she forgot to use a cape on me, I had a bunch of hairs all over my suit jacket and blouse and there was glue stuck in my ponytail. Unless you have an appointment with the owner, I would strongly recommend you avoid the apprentice at the shop and go some where else.
