I am reviewing this company after 2.6 years of working here as a Web Developer. I joined this company as a fresher. They said that they will train me and offer me a salary close to 5000 for that training period. This is enough for me because when I joined I was null and I've to learn. I can't expect more when I know nothing. The amount clearly can manage all my expenses during that training period. So basically I get paid for learning. Once I completed my training they will give me under project manager, to work on a live project. And I must mention, in that training period they give much more time to understand things.

And it's worth for me. I work with most talented Project Managers and experienced colleagues, learn a lot of different things, work more than hundreds of projects. I must recommend Webgrity if you are a fresher. And I'm happy to be a part of this company .

1 things I want to highlight, I'm seeing in review sections that some personally attack managers. This is what we don't do. They are managers because they know much more than our knowledge. If you think they are wrong or not capable then go to that level first. Then show them that you can do better than them. Otherwise, you don't have qualities to questioning them.

About Company,
Pros:
1. Salary on time. (In three Working days)
2. No Overtime.
3. Nice environment for work.
4. Awesome recreations organized by HR. Like Nikko Park, IPL, Table Tennis Tournament, etc. They also organize Foreign Tour for staffs.
5.Nice HR, Admin, System Support.
5. Supportive and Friendly Managers. (Not everyone friendly but supportive)
6. Friendly Colleagues.
7. No Bullying.
8. No Politics among staffs.
9. Well configured Computers with quick system supports.

Cons:
1. The washroom could be better. (For Men)
2. And also, Salary Scale is quite low.
3. That I'm adding, Not for everyone but for me, I don't know why I'm getting difficulties to get approved leaves. Heres a flow chart, Others leave vs my leave (My Views).
Others: Firing a Mail > HR > Manager > HR > Receiving Mail > Leave Approved.

Me:Firing a Mail > HR > My Manager > HR > Higher Manager > HR > My Manager > Higher Higher Manager > HR > My Manager > Full Company Work Presure > Otp > Cvv > Trump > Modi > My Manager > HR > Receiving Mail > "I regret to inform you that your request for leave can not be granted due to work pressure in your department. "
This is not every time I also get approved leaves.
