I love that this store is right here on the square...

I love that this store is right here on the square. I've already been in three times and purchased two board games and an expansion to one of them. The people working there have been friendly as well.

The only criticism I have is the pricing. I really didn't mind paying an extra $20 for the board game I bought. I like supporting local businesses. However, I called to ask how much a booster box would cost of MTG packs. They're $90~ online and at other stores around Indy. I was told at Moonshot that the cost would be $150~. I think this is a bit excessive. I'm completely new to MTG, I've never even played but I want to try it. Most game shops have "Welcome Decks" that can be obtained from the MTG website by retailers. These are meant to be free demo decks to introduce new players to the game. The guy on the phone didn't even know what I was talking about. As far as board games go, I'm still a customer. I just don't see myself obtaining MTG cards from here until I know more about it. I did purchase a "Duel Deck" set and sleeves because I was told they would be a good entry point for a beginner.
