Cannot be worse. When I report some damage on the ceiling.It took them a week to reply even with my three-times follow . At the beginning, they already said they would not be able to find the problem. Are you kidding me? How can you know without checking. And then after I followed up twice they said they could not find any problem. So if I never sent follow up email. I would never get any response. I also experienced the service from other management company which is way better and the fee is way cheap than this one. The fee is almost 1 dollar per square feet. Also, I can hardly see the security guard on weekends. even no gym and swimming pool.Really don't know where my money goes.
