I would give them 0 stars if I can. They gave estimate for 15 days to fix car and got my car back after 1 month and 10 days. Initially went there to check and realised car stayed there where I parked over a week.(Thought to give them a call, called 22 times, and guy who handled claim never picked up the call. Called the receptionist and made sure that guy is in the cabin, he was there most of the time but never ever picked the call)
After getting car done realized so many things are messed up. To fix those, again had to go 2 more times.(Gave them list but they did not even care to check the list once done to make sure it is done) STILL 3 things are pending.(Worst Nightmare) Better go to Berger collission, or somewhere else. People suggested me to go somewhere else but I thought to go to the same company as car dealer but now realised that I made a mistake. I will never repeat mistake and I'll try to stop whoever is going there.
