Complete explanation of what insurance covered and what other options were available. Waits for office visits were minimal, even when there were quite a few patients present. Front office staff were polite and professional. Pre-operative exams were thorough, operative care was well explained and completed without complication. Dr. Kim provided focused explanation of the procedure as it was happening. Post-operative care was comprehensive and understandable. Vision has returned to 20/20-20/25 in both eyes.
