They can't keep the place clean, no matter how har...

They can't keep the place clean, no matter how hard they try...They kick you out when it rains or out in the freezing cold...certified lunatics walking around talking to the walls and starting fights, cussing people out...police precinct across the street that does very little to enforce what few publicly posted rules we do have...can't get help for public housing or a bus ticket, but I can find all the convicts, drugs, paraphernalia and alcohol that I don't need...and let's not forget about the grumpy, grouchy and angry staff that show preferential treatment and choose sides at times...
