Very nice hotel. Clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating, the breakfast is good, the views are nice; the only thing we didn t like were the loud sirens at night, (kind of expected in Chicago though) & a room with a fridge but no microwave. The front desk staff told us that there were no microwaves anywhere in the hotel to heat something. Leftovers from your favorite restaurants in Chicago are eaten cold or go to waste. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much and wouldn t give this hotel any less than 5 stars! Would highly recommend.
