Customer Service is Atrocious. I called to reschedule an appointment due to illness. I woke up with severe flu and knew I could not make it that evening. The woman on the phone felt it necessary to lecture me about giving me 24 hours notice and was unbelievably rude. I told her that I didnt know 24 hours ago that I would be sick. "These are the rules". I ended up hanging up because she was so ignorant. They lost my money and my business.
