This hotel has some of the worst service I have ever encountered at a hotel. I bought a room online for my sister and her new husband to spend their wedding night here. They showed up and the receptionist refused to let them into their room without presenting the credit card under which the room was purchased. The receptionist ended up calling me saying she couldn't use an over-the-phone authorization and made me call their national number to "pre-pay a room". After doing so, she calls me back saying that that wasn't good enough either and I needed to email her my credit card number saying I authorize her to use it. By this time my sister and brother-in-law had been waiting for an hour to get into their room ON THEIR WEDDING NIGHT. Finally, after threatening to talk to her manager, she relented on requiring my credit card number in an email and let them into their room.

The worst part about this though is that I received a long email from their manager apologizing for the inconvenience and she said she would refund my card for the night. Funny thing is that after I thanked her for her willingness to smooth the situation, I NEVER RECEIVED THE REFUND. Do not stay here if you want to do business with people who understand their own policies and are honest in doing what they say they will.
