I recently used the services of this real estate company and found the experience to be satisfactory. The website was user-friendly and provided useful information. 🏠 However, I found the communication with the agents to be somewhat lacking at times. It took longer than expected to get responses to my inquiries, and I had to follow up multiple times. The overall process was average, and I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer service. 🤔 That being said, the company did ultimately help me find a suitable property, so I can't say my experience was negative. I would consider using their services again, but I hope to see improvements in their communication and response times.
