I found DxTerity Diagnostics to be an average company. While their website was easy to navigate, the overall experience was not outstanding. The customer service team was responsive, but there were delays in resolving my concerns. The quality of their diagnostic tests was adequate, but there could be room for improvement. It was an okay experience overall.
