Recent interactions confirmed my previous evaluation below. My kids, who should be focused on college studies and activities, spend hours every week trying to get ITB to release THEIR money to them. My kids experience emotional trauma because of how ITB mistreats them.

Earlier review: Worst bank ever. Ridiculously high fees for terrible service. Had to file a lawsuit to get them to fulfill their duties. I know a lot of ethical attorneys, CPAs, and financial professionals--they avoid interacting with this bank. The only time "trust" is involved at ITB is in their name.
