I requested a diagnosis check on my 5 broken Panasonic air cond units today (28th July) , my appointment can only be on 8th August. Meantime, no air cond for the whole family in this hot weather. With this kind of of service and support, I am wary of getting any new panasonic air cond . I hope after reading this feedback, Panasonic will contact me.
