Just moved in, and loving the apartment already. Very clean, and new styled building with modern features, luxury finishes, and a great space to call home. The building itself is cozy, and the amenities such as the gym, pool, and common room are all very well kept and accommodating. There is some noise from neighbors upstairs, but that's to be expected and I feel as though if it was a permanent issue, the front office would gladly help me. The location of this property is perfect if you are commuting to most northern VA cities or DC. There is a shopping certain minutes from the front door, and a running/biking trail parallel to the community. You really can't beat the location, style, and features for the price. Seriously consider this property in your decision, it was definitely the right one for us.
