When we got there, they didn't have our tickets. Box office told me they were for tomorrow night. I said I made them for Monday night. I was upset because my grandson was so disappointed. I told her I don't understand why the scheduler didn't know what day I asked for. So we decided to keep the tickets. She said she didn't want me there because I was upset. We planned our whole day for this. So she made it quite clear she didn't want us there. So we canceled. I am not paying almost $170 for a place that does not want my business. They need to do something about their customer service reps. Bye, bye stampede, never again
