Great experience overall. Thorough consultation process with Dr. O'Connell process who knows his profession. Techs and front desk wonderful. Had greater that 9o percent reduction in laser hair removal in the area treated year years ago will be will reyrning soon for a different area. Seems to be a growing and very diverse practice and may consider other services as well. Thanks Doc and Serenity .
