My experience with Neotek was average overall. The staff was friendly enough, but the service felt somewhat lacking. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries and there were a few minor issues with the car that needed to be addressed. However, the staff did eventually resolve the issues and I am satisfied with the outcome. While I wouldn't necessarily discourage others from buying from Neotek, I would advise them to proceed with caution.
