Working with Rubicon Estates and in particular with Matt Perkins has been a great experience. Buying and selling a property at the same time in a stressful market can be a hectic process, but Matt has remained professional and responsive via email or text. He has been working around his schedule to accommodate viewings each time at my convenience and appeared confident, knowledgeable and friendly during the process.
