The only Dell agent in Muscat and they don't take personal or private dell pc's !!!!
This is very strange, there are special Dell devices that cost the consumer fortune to get and when maintenance and repair required than the owner is not going to trust outside repair shop, and willing to pay for it to get fixed where experts know the machine. It is frustrating and sad.
