Do not understand all the good comments. On stopover to Tokyo landed there and I have to say, I was shocked. The toilets totally dirty and partly blocked, no smoking areas, unfriendly staff. Cruel, would not charge anymore if air china did not have such a good price. Tokyo airports in comparison are a dream
