I visited the store today to try to find a specific Pandora ring. Upon entering, I wandered around the store for a few minutes. When i couldn't find it, I asked an employee for assistance. She basically told me that they did not carry Pandora Jewelry but sold an identical brand. She then told me she was "too busy" to help me, pointed me over to where the apparently identical rings were, and said that someone would help me soon if I just stood over there. What??? Very unprofessional. So, I stood for a while and looked at the rings (By the way, They were not anything CLOSE to Pandora rings) After about 15 minutes of no help, (complete with employees walking by and saying nothing) I got fed up and left. I drove about a quarter mile up the road to International Diamond Center. I was helped AS SOON as I walked in the door, led to a display case that contained the exact ring that I wanted, and was able to purchase it relatively quickly. Night and day difference between the two stores. Obviously Gold and Diamond source did not value my time nor did they want my money!!! I won't make the mistake of going there again.
