Well unfortunately I can give 1 star... I didn't want to give any stars.. I spent 35 minutes on hold to be told to hold again for another 20 minutes before I was hung up on.... I'm amazed the city of Killeen has these people as employees.... Haven't had water for 2 days and probably wont get any help in the near future..
