It is 5:41pm on Feb. 19th, 2021. Alex, your tech, just left. He did move everything to the other location and everything is up and running fine. However, he is very messy. Even after I asked him if he was going to clean up his mess he was like what mess, with the I did not make a mess attitude?. Seriously, I was shocked he said that. There were 5 screws on the floor where he was sitting as we talked, insulation pieces from the wall he worked in, shavings from his drilling in the wall, parts and messes in the three areas he worked as well as messes as he dropped insulation where he walked. He picked up three of the screws, said they were not his and no other part of the mess, got an attitude and left. I was not going to write a review until the walk out with the attitude without cleaning up. Besides all of this, he never showed up for his fist appointment and didn't call to let me know he was going to miss it and he did not have a working drill to complete his work. I did not mind he used mine, but with everything I feel it appropriate to mention that also. The mess was more than the two pictures I posted.
