We are almost finished with our master bath and walk-in closet, designed and built by J. Francis Company, and are thrilled with the result. All J. Francis employees that have been in our home are on time, friendly, and meticulous about keeping their work area clean. We are going to finish the entire project about a month AHEAD of schedule.

We did end up going about 10% over our inital budget/estimate, but the addtional expense related to several design changes we requested and also some unforseen circumstances of working on a 117 year old house (additional lead paint, coal dust, knob and tube, etc.) We also didn't bid out the work, so we maybe paid more than we otherwise would have, but you get what you pay for, and we are very happy with our master bath and closet!!
