Very disapointed ! We order masks by the CCI of Chartres on their site where it says "masks available after May 4"
The masks arrive on May 26 ... Either
But the unfriendly staff at the reception
At 11.50 a.m. it no longer answers the phone
and above all we paid for surgical masks to EN 14683 standards which are compulsory in our profession and on arrival we were supplied with non-medical masks and no indication of the standard! We wanted to trust a serious site and at 43 for a box of 50 masks, we end up with non-surgical masks, not up to standard !!!! Deception on dates and deception on products!
Really a shame to have embarked us in this situation ... What should we do now ??
