Stupid service! My package came to Qatar 15 dais a...

Stupid service! My package came to Qatar 15 dais ago and they still didn't deliver it to my po box. I track my package it shows that it is at inward office of exchange. When I called to Q-post customer service the representative said that if i don't have time to wait until my package will be delivered to my po box than i should pick up my package from the office. So why you get salary if you don't work properly and don't deliver? Why I should go and pick up my package? I already paid for delivery when i ordered international.
