It's 1st Jan 2018. We had asked the call center guy about the timings of park and they specifically told us that the timings are from 10 to 9 . We took the tickets and no information was provided to us by the park employees. We entered into the park and it was announced at 5 in evening that park is closing. After asking abt such sudden closer the management says that it was conveyed to every ticket owner abt such timings. But it was not . At the day end after lots of people arrived and asked for such sudden closer the staff was so rude and so not customer friendly. I was being so polite these people and on that they were replying me on top of their voices . Please request you guys to keep and as specifically abt the timings for the day. Very bad services and n very bad customer handling by staff
