The shuttle system needs work. In theory it's a nice feature to offer your service patrons but every time I've utilized it I feel like a burden and I only work 5 minutes away. Particularly this time when they had to hunt someone down and when they found someone he was less than enthusiastic. Sub par experience from a luxury car brand. I'd rather Uber from now on.
