Very unprofessional. After a long poor communicative 3 weeks, to finalize my orders. I was informed by Amanda that a larger regular client has place an order and I qoute... " When I have commitments to long-standing, large clients who quite frankly keep my crew fed, I simply cannot afford to put your jobs ahead of theirs." I have never been so appalled by a so called professional organization. The only reason I am giving it one star because I had to. These people should have known about their "client" and informed me that they could not service me. Instead of tying me up for 3 weeks when my customers are waiting for their product. I believe the company is to small to take on new customers. If you want to be delayed and pushed off for your project than certainly get serviced by Velocity.
