Could be a great place to work and live for the kids if some staff members weren't so worried about their coworkers personal lives and see they are doing their job and worry about that.. But no they rather nitpick and micromanage coworkers because someone doesn't want to be their friend.. get a life we are not here to make friends but to ensure the safety and well being of the children i.e. juveniles..oops I means delinquents
