I purchased anchors for a ladder and hand rail that weren't what the Contractor recommended when he installed them. We used something different.

When I tried to return the anchors, InTheSwim Customer Service informed me of the 30 day return policy which isn't something I even thought to review as I trusted them to do the right thing if I didn't need them.

I don't know how customers are supposed to feel appreciated when InTheSwim is willing to lose all future business for such a silly policy. They wouldn't even provide a credit for the purchase of other pool equipment. They just expect me to keep these useless anchors.

My advise - go somewhere else. There are plenty of Online Stores that sell pool equipment. If something goes wrong, this company is inflexible and won't work with you.
