Hands down, this is the worst service I've ever ex...

Hands down, this is the worst service I've ever experienced at a restaurant in this country. A group of 9 of us went for a birthday dinner last night, we started by ordering chips and nachos to share which, after an hour of waiting, had still not arrived. After asking a waitress what the hold up was, we were told that the order had never gone through, even though we paid upfront at the till. I had to show the transaction I'd made on my phone just to prove my purchase. When the "nachos to share" came, they were barely larger than an individual starter portion of nachos and only tasted fine.

Worse yet was that four of the main courses we'd ordered, including that of the person who's birthday we were celebrating, NEVER arrived. Three times, a waiter asked us if we were still waiting until 9 o'clock came and they told us that the kitchen had been closed and no more food was being served. After all this hassle, we were offer either a refund OR drinks at the equivalent value of our purchases. All for waiting three hours for a small plate of mediocre nachos; I would have expected a refund AND free drinks at the very LEAST for the inconvenience caused. And needless to say, there was no sympathy from the waiter who told us we weren't going to be getting our meals, nor from his boss (I assume) who eventually gave us a refund.

So disappointed with the service given here, I would never go back and advise any and everyone looking for a stress-free place to eat and decent customer service to steer WELL CLEAR.
