This must be the worst Company in Florida, when it comes to Customer Service. My husband is waiting for his Social Security Disablility, with that said, I am the only person that bring home a Pay Check. I spoke to many Customer Service Representative and NO one, would let me wait for my Dad's money that he sent me. I told them yesterday "even if I rcv the money tomorrow, the funds will be available on Friday. They did not want to hear it! My husband spoke to the Manager, not knowing, that she was worst than the CSR. The way she spoke to my husband was so disrespectful and she made him feel bad. To her, this is my message, "Corporate America is full of "Snakes", don't let this position get to your head, because if they find a better person to do your job, they will replace you. Have compassion for others, because you never know what the future will bring."
